Head – IT

Role Overview

• Lead the IT function with a strong focus on AI integration and digital transformation across manufacturing operations.
• Drive modernization of existing SAP/ERP ecosystem by embedding AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT & AI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI/ML tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing SAP (S/4HANA / ECC) systems.
• Lead automation initiatives across supply chain, production, quality, and HR processes.
• Ensure data governance, cybersecurity, and IT compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Plant, SCM, Finance, HR) for digital adoption.
• Manage IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and vendor partnerships.
• Drive predictive analytics, demand forecasting, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Build and lead a future-ready IT team with AI capabilities.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools/platforms (e.g., Machine Learning, Generative AI, RPA, Data Analytics).
• Deep expertise in SAP ERP systems (implementation, integration, optimization).
• Proven experience in manufacturing industry IT leadership role.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, automation technologies.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and system integration.
• Ability to translate business problems into technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science / IT / Engineering.
• MBA (preferred for leadership alignment).
